• 3-5 years AV experience

• CTS certification

• Prepare technical documents and CAD drawings for integrated systems

• Provide technical assistance to installation and service departments

Project Management

• 3 years project management experience in an integration environment

• CTS certification

• Follow a job from start to finish – from pre-sale to customer turnover

• Familiar with current AV components, technologies, and techniques

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

• Provide technical advice and assistance to clients

Field Technicians

• 2-3 years AV experience

• CTS certification

• Reading of blue prints and technical drawings

• Construction experience

• Cabling, cable terminating, and equipment installation

• Rack building and wiring

Sales / Business Development

• 2-3 years AV systems integration experience

• 5 years technical solutions sales experience

• CTS certification desired, not required

• College degree desired, not required
