Here is what we look for in our future star players.

 

ENGINEERING AND DESIGN

– 3-5 years AV experience

– CTS certification

– Prepare technical documents and CAD drawings for integrated systems

– Provide technical assistance to installation and service departments

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

– 3 years project management in an integration environment

– CTS certification

– Follow a job from start to finish – from pre-sale to customer turnover

– Familiar with current AV components, technologies, and techniques

– Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

– Provide technical advice and assistance to clients

FIELD TECHNICIANS

– 2-3 years AV experience

– CTS certification

– Reading of blue prints and technical drawings

– Construction experience

– Cabling, cable terminating, and equipment installation

– Rack building and wiring

SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

– 2-3 years AV systems integration experience

– 5 years technical solutions sales experience

– CTS certification desired, not required

– College degree desired, not required
